ワークライフバランスと言う言葉には、私も違和感を持っています。なぜかというと、仕事上の良いアイデアは、プライベートの時間にひらめくことが多いですし、仕事中にプライベートの時間をより楽しく充実するためのヒントを得ることが、多いからです。アイデアは、机に向かって云々考えているより、全く別のことをしているときに、別の知見が合わさって誘発されるものだからです。
